Welcome to Berchtesgaden! My name is Susanne Reithmeier, and I'm delighted to welcome you to my vacation apartment.
My house, built in 1935, is located in a quiet and sunny southeast-facing position, right on the edge of the charming town center of Berchtesgaden. Here, amidst the impressive Berchtesgaden Alps, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation.
Getting here is uncomplicated, even in winter. Your own parking space for your car is available directly at the house. However, precisely because of the central location, I recommend leaving your car parked for a while. You can conveniently use public transport for free with the guest card.
Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find everything you need for your daily needs, such as a supermarket with fresh bread rolls. The ice stadium and the Watzmann Therme with its adventure indoor pool are also quickly accessible. A special highlight is the nearby salt mine with its visitor tour and the healing tunnel, which promises relief, especially for respiratory diseases.
You can reach the center of Berchtesgaden with its pedestrian zone, the spa and guest center, and the historic Schlossplatz, the former residence of the Wittelsbach Dukes, in about 15 minutes on foot. Bus stops are also only 5 minutes away and offer you diverse connections to the surrounding area, whether to the picturesque Königssee, the idyllic Ramsau, or the Mozart city of Salzburg.
My 42 sqm vacation apartment on the ground floor has its own entrance and is equipped with great attention to detail for your stay. You will find an entrance hall, a cozy dining room with cable TV, a quiet bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
Your own terrace and the sunbathing lawn in the garden are available for your sole use. You are also welcome to store your bicycles in a sheltered area.
